My Goal: to use a holistic leadership approach in organizations
and with people to reach their full potential.
At Jackie Lloyd Consulting, we believe in the power of authentic leadership to transform people, organizations, and communities.
Authenticity: We honor the unique voice and perspective of every individual, fostering environments where people can be their true selves.
Leadership: We cultivate leaders who inspire, empower, and lead with integrity, creating ripple effects of positive change.
Abundance: We embrace a mindset of possibility and growth, unlocking potential and opportunities for all.
Connection: We build bridges between people, ideas, and actions, fostering collaboration and understanding.
Love: We lead with compassion, empathy, and care, creating spaces where people feel valued and supported.
Together, we embark on a journey of transformation, guided by these principles, to create organizations, individuals, and communities that thrive.
When we’re caught in negative thought patterns, our inner voice begins to seek out proof that our limitations are real. But as Carol Dweck explains, “this is the voice of a fixed mindset—not the truth of who we are or what we’re capable of becoming.”
I love to learn, so I study what interests me most: people and leadership. My journey combines a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, 20+ years as a ski instructor, volunteer teaching opportunities at TRU, personal coaching, and extensive organizational and volunteer work. These experiences shape my ability to foster relationships, strengthening my ability to connect with diverse audiences.
With organizations, I deliver insights in an honest, kind, and respectful way.
Empowering teams, we move forward—guided by insights and grounded in evidence-based theory. This “collective collaboration” is a process that empowers people, fosters respectful relationships, and aligns strengths while managing weaknesses.
2026 MY WHY - To show up wholeheartedly, present, and share my leadership knowledge with my extended community.
